followed the tutorial given by Sergio Mereces, a talented architectural 3d visualizer. The modelling are pretty much simple, just series of stacking blocks with some interior details (furniture's / lighting / etc), the terrain are done by using multiscatter and placing some 3d grass and trees and the back portion of the building. In the tutorial, Mereces did the post production using after effects (if im not mistaken), however, due to unfamiliarity to the software, i opted to do the post production of the image using adobe lightroom.
